He has most recently led innovation & automation initiatives for a portfolio of utilities, energy and chemical & natural Resources client delivery engagements out of India.

Wokia is an economics lecturer and researcher at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. He obtained his Phd from the University of Gottingen in Germany in development economics. He has worked as a research assistant at the chair for development economics and as consultant for the German Development Agency, GTZ and the World Bank. He is a specialist in finance and international economics and is a member of the Canadian Economics Association (CEA). His interests include opportunities and constraints in agriculture.
